The Green Visa is available to skilled workers, independent contractors, and other professionals.Other prerequisites include having a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a particular field and making at least Dh15,000 per year. First-degree relatives may also be sponsored by Green Visa holders. Regardless of age, children of determination are given a residency permit.

4. The holder of a 10-year visa may sponsor any member of his or her family, regardless of age. The duration of time that they and their families could spend outside the UAE to maintain the visa’s validity has also been eliminated. In the event that the sponsor of the Golden Visa passes away, family members may continue to reside in the UAE through the expiration of their residency visa. Without any restrictions, they may also sponsor domestic workers. Scientists, business owners, exceptionally talented individuals, front-line heroes, top students, and investors who bought real estate worth more than Dh2 million can all qualify for a Golden Visa.

5. If a female resident’s husband passed away and she has one child or more, she will be given a residence permit. It will also apply to parents of UAE citizens with children who have foreign passports.
