Apply meaning ‘guidance’ in Arabic and similar to services like Tadbeer and Tasheel, a Tawjeehcentre is an initiative by the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE)to provide awareness and orientation services to employees and employers on its behalf. This is done through institutional partnership with the private sector according to the criteria of the Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services. Simply put, a Tawjeeh Center is like a one-stop-shop for business owners and employees looking for guidance about the UAE Labour law, .Tawjeeh centers were launched with an intention to create a smooth working environment for the labours and the employers in the business market. It aims not only to protect the rights of the workers or employees but also to restore and reserve the interest of the employers.
